You just need one phone number. If you call 08-320 100 you can get general information - or get health advice from a nurse. You get three choices:

  • Press button #1 for general information about health care in Stockholm County Council as well as contact information.
  • Press button #2 for talking to a nurse for health care advice about children.
  • Press button #3 for talking to a nurse for health care advice concerning yourself or another adult.

You call the Stockholm Health Care Guide Hotline at the same cost as a local call.

General Information - button #1

Experienced communicators provide the same information that you can find here at vardguiden.se. For example, you can ask them about addresses, phone numbers and basic health information based on the articles published on the Stockholm Health Care Guide website. If you want, the communication specialists can put you through to a nurse.

Child Care Advice - button #2

Experienced pediatric nurses are there to answer your questions and provide medical advice. They can also advise you on whether you are able to care of your child yourself or you need to contact a clinic.

Adult Care Advice - button #3

Experienced nurses answer questions and give medical advice. They can advise you on whether you can manage with self-care or need to contact a clinic.

If there is a medical emergency – always call 112 to SOS-Alarm!
